Trojan targets Microsoft PowerPoint flaw

SearchSecurity reports that the exploit "might be tied to an older flaw in Microsoft Excel, with PowerPoint being used as a new attack vector. Attackers who exploit the flaw could launch arbitrary code."

This story follows up this story last week about malicious code aimed at flaws in iTunes, when Apple was faced with the same pressure to patch a widely adopted software application.
